Niraj Mital, an IT industry veteran with over 20 years of experience, spearheads two streams of Magna Infotech’s US Operations - staff augmentation business and marketing offshore development projects. He holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science from New Jersey Institute of Technology, USA.

Pradeep Mittal
Pradeep Mittal heads Magna Infotech’s Indian operations with over 20 years of industry experience including 12 years in USA. He holds a Bachelors degree in Electronics and Communications from Jawaharlal Nehru Technology University, India and a Diploma in Management Information Systems from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, India.

Ajit Isaac
Ajit has been an industry specialist on Human Capital related issues in India with an experience of over 18 years and has been associated with Godrej & Boyce and Essar Group in various leadership roles. He is also the Founder & ex-Managing Director of PeopleOne Consulting which was acquired by Adecco, one of the largest HR services companies in the world.
Ajit is a gold medalist in M. A. (Personnel Management & Industrial Relations) from the Madras School of Social Work and has been a British Chevening Scholar under which he completed a 'Managers for Leadership Program' from Leeds University

Subrata Nag
Subrata Nag comes with over 19 years of experience in all aspects of accounting and financial management. Subrata's core competence includes fund management, taxation / statutory compliance, auditing, financial planning and company secretary functioning.
Subrata has held position of responsibilities in companies like Ilantus Technologies, MindTeck, Nicco Infotech, Shaw Wallace and Nicco corporation. He has successfully handled a couple of major acquisitions in USA and Singapore and was also involved in executing the merger of group companies in USA.
Academically, Subrata is a cost accountant, a company secretary, a CPA (USA) and an MBA (Finance).

Abhishek Sharman
Abhishek is a Vice President at IEP, a $350 million private equity fund focused on India. He plays a key role in IEP’s investments in the HR Services, Education and Skills Training, Healthcare and Financial services sectors. Prior to IEP, Abhishek worked with SUN Capital, an investments firm focused on emerging markets- largely Russia and India, with more than $1 billion in investments.
Abhishek holds Management and Engineering degrees from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. Abhishek is active in various industry forums and is a member of the Economic Affairs sub-committee of the CII for the western region.
